Tựa game này được giới thiệu bởi Moon Studios vào 3 năm trước (3/2015). Trong game bạn sẽ điều khiển một em tinh linh tên là Ori vượt qua những thử thách để đi hết hành trình phiêu lưu. Đặc biệt trong trò chơi có tính năng “liên kết linh hồn” cho phép bạn nâng cấp các kỹ năng của Ori.

Cốt Truyện

Như đã đề cập, các chi tiết cụ thể của câu chuyện đã được bảo vệ cẩn thận nhưng cho đến nay câu chuyện đã được mô tả là một câu chuyện về bản sắc và khám phá bản thân, về việc hy sinh bản thân mình cho người khác. Người chơi điều khiển một nhân vật tên là Ori, một linh hồn hộ mệnh tinh linh trắng rơi vào rừng và sau đó được nuôi dưỡng bởi một con gấu giống như sinh vật. Một sinh vật xấu xa được gọi là Kuro xuất hiện và đánh cắp cha mẹ thay thế của Ori, do đó buộc Ori phải khám phá khu rừng một mình. Khi Ori phiêu lưu và già đi, nó sẽ đạt được nhiều hơn là khả năng nhảy và sẽ gặp gỡ những người bạn mới để cùng hành trình.

Game Play

Ori and the Blind Forest là một trò chơi phiêu lưu platforming metroidvania trải dài trong một thế giới rộng lớn không có màn hình tải. Trò chơi sẽ bao gồm một số yếu tố trò chơi nhập vai sẽ thấy nhân vật người chơi, Ori có được những khả năng mới khi trò chơi tiến triển và Ori phát triển mạnh mẽ hơn.

Người chơi có thể tạo điểm kiểm tra bất cứ lúc nào trong trò chơi, nhưng với chi phí của một vật phẩm có thể đạt được thông qua trò chơi, tuy nhiên vật phẩm này là hữu hạn và buộc phải lựa chọn chiến lược cho người chơi khi nào tạo ra các điểm lưu này. Những điểm lưu này sẽ được gọi là Liên kết linh hồn trong trò chơi.

 Nhân vật

Ori – Ori là nhân vật người chơi và là một linh hồn hộ mệnh trắng rơi vào rừng từ nhỏ. Được nhận nuôi bởi một con gấu giống như sinh vật hoạt động như mẹ nó.

Kuro – Kuro là một sinh vật xấu xa đánh cắp người mẹ thay thế của Ori, buộc linh hồn hộ mệnh trẻ phải khám phá khu rừng khi còn trẻ.

Sein – Sein là một thực thể gặp gỡ Ori và sớm kết bạn với tinh thần trẻ, Ori đóng vai trò vừa là bạn vừa là người bảo vệ cho Ori trẻ, giúp nó chống đỡ đối thủ.
